I have an Indian friend who is seeking a venue to hold a cooking class in Uyurvedic cookery. Ayurveda in a traditional Indian healing philosophy, using lots of therapeutic and delicious herbs. It aims to increase wellbeing by cooking food suited to your body type.
Her name is Vibhuti Rao, formerly she lived in Curtin and offered consultations on Ayurvedic health.
Vibhuti plans to hold her cookery class on Sunday 18th March – 9am-3pm
