Global recipe book – expats and Timorese recipes from Dili

Dinner in Dili is a recipe book made up of 67 recipes from 30 different people living in Dili.  Some of the recipes are Timorese and all the recipes use produce that is locally available.  The book includes a Food Availability Guide listing produce in English and Tetun and the location it can be bought from in Dili.

This is a fundraiser for HealthNet Timor Leste, a National NGO that organises community education on Malaria, Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning and Sanitation.

If you would like to purchase a copy of Dinner in Dili, email Bernie McEvoy (click her name to open a new message).
